Report a Dispensary Issue
If you have a complaint about a licensed cannabis dispensary, the OLCC handles consumer complaints directly. Contact them through their official website or by phone at (503) 872-5000. CannabisOregon.org does not mediate disputes between consumers and businesses.
Report Illegal Cannabis Activity
To report unlicensed cannabis operations or other illegal cannabis activity, contact the OLCC enforcement division or local law enforcement. Tips about large-scale illegal cultivation in Southern Oregon can be reported through the OLCC's online complaint portal.
